Murrieta Rental Property Management

If you prefer to live in a mid sized growing city in Riverside County, Murrieta may be just the place for you. In its earliest days, Murrieta was known for its natural hot springs, which served as a getaway resort for those in pursuit of rest and relaxation. Today, the hot springs function as the site of a sprawling, scenic conference center that attracts and employs many local residents.

Although still technically regarded as a bedroom community, Murrieta is actually host to a number of major employers, which allows many residents the opportunity to live, work and play without ever needing to leave the city they call home.

The Southwest Healthcare system employs thousands, and companies such as Target, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot are employers to hundreds of Murrieta residents, respectively. Plus, local government offices keep scores of Murrieta’s citizens working, including the Murrieta Valley Unified School District and the local County of Riverside branch.

As for recreation, shopping is the main attraction at the Murrieta Town Center. Just outside the city limits, residents find endless entertainment options in Temecula, where wining and dining opportunities are in abundance – plus, even more shopping attractions await there! Other communities, including Lake Elsinore and Corona, also provide lots of choices for fun seekers.

Because of its expansive size, Murrieta offers many options for those who wish to make it their home. Murrieta homes for sale and rent are plentiful, and though the specialty is new homes (under 15 years old), there’s a healthy inventory of condos and townhomes to choose from as well. Fortunately, these too are newer models; so really, there’s no wrong choice here! Murrieta homes are clean, pristine, and modern – perfect for forward-thinking buyers and renters like you.

About seven miles north of Temecula lies Murrieta, one of the five largest cities in Riverside County.  Located along the Interstate 15 corridor, this historically "country" oasis has a population of 85,000, which has been growing steadily since the town's beginning in 1991.  An unincorporated Murrieta first gained recognition in the early 1900's for its famed Hot Springs Resort.  It later grew again with the extension of the15 freeway.  Now, with the majority of houses less than 15 years old, and with excellent master-planned communiteis like
Amberwalk at Ivy, and the Bungalows at the Old School House, this bedroom community has become a refuge for homeowners willing to commute to distant counties in exchange for the luxury of a beautiful, clean, and modern place to live.

Nature is not more than a few steps away from Murrieta at the breathtaking Santa Rosa Plateau, an 82-acre ecological preserve, standing guard at the town´s border.  Nineteen recreational parks provide the community with swimming pools, lighted ball fields, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and a catch and release fishing pond.  Local championship golf courses fill the surrounding area, including the highly rated course at Bear Creek, designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The city of Murrieta is constantly making improvents in the growing town in order to accomodate continued expansion.  Residents look forward to the completion of the future "Town Square", which will encompass civic facilities, offices, commercial outlets, and a gathering place and venue for festivals.  The buildings will surround a four acre park anchored by an outdoor amphitheater.  Murrieta has also been selected by Verizon as the first city in the nation to have fiber optic lines delivered to every home in town.  Murrieta remains to be on the cutting edge of comfortable living.

You don´t have to travel very far to do a little sight seeing if you live in Murrieta.  The wine country surrounding Temecula is close by, as well as Lake Skinner and the Diamond Valley Reservoir.  Entertainment and Vegas style gaming can be found at the Pechanga Resort and Casino.  The future town square, along with many other family oriented gathering places makes Murrieta a convenient and relaxed place to call home.
