Menifee, Sun City, and Quail Valley make up the area known as Menifee Valley.  In the 1800's a minor goldrush occurred here which later followed with decades of dry farming.  Fifteen years ago a masterplanned community known as Menifee Lakes was established along with a few gated Senior communities.  These areas have steadily grown into unincorporated "towns" for the young and old and combine to make a population of 60,000.  With their location next to the 215 Freeway, these small cities have the convenience of being less that ten miles away from Southern California's own wine country, Temecula.

Residents enjoy small town life, relaxation, and the perks of living in a close knit community, but can escape to "the city" in a matter of minutes if they desire.
