If you need more excitement than this to get your attention, there are plenty more extreme sporting activities to be found in Lake Elsinore. One can frequently spot dozens of skydivers soaring overhead, or the occasional glider plane taking advantage of the outstanding thermal air patterns the lake has to offer.  There are also rumors of the hang gliding/paragliding “jump off” spot at the top of the mountain re-opening after pending insurance and permits are obtained.
