April Graham
--Company Manager


As company manager of BeelineRPM, April oversees our daily office operations with professionalism and ease. As our office accountant, her responsibilities include handling tenant payments, owner billing, owner payments and statements and all other accounting items. Her work is instrumental to the success of our company.

A member of our team since August 2009, April is the ideal accountant for our business because of her background in property management, a field in which she worked for more than a decade prior to earning an accounting degree. “Each day is different and challenging,” she says. “I work with a wonderful team and we are creating a business that makes a livelihood and future for us all.” She resides in Lake Elsinore.


Chris Brown
--Executive Property Manager for: Corona, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, and Sun City

Originally hired in 2008, Chris quickly worked through our ranks and was promoted to property manager before assuming his current position as executive property manager at Beeline RPM. In this role, he is responsible for providing support for our entire property management team as they oversee their respective territories. His territory, which he manages from lead generation through new client acquisition, encompasses those properties nearest our office, in cities such as Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Menifee, Sun City, Murrieta and Temecula.

Chris also oversees our maintenance department and serves in a supervisory role for escalated issues. As with all of our property managers, he provides owner services and tenant services as necessary. “Every day is a new experience with its own set of challenges,” Chris says. He enjoys the unique nature of property management, “More so with a company that’s building at the pace that Beeline Property Management is. There isn’t another line of work I would rather do.”

Chris is a licensed real estate agent and Realtor® who has worked as a loan officer with several mortgage offices. His background also includes over 15 years in corporate sales.

His affiliations include the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), California Association of Realtors® (CAR), the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® (SRCAR). In his free time, Chris is an amateur actor who has earned eligibility for membership in the Screen Actor’s Guild (SAG). He and his wife reside in Temecula with their son and two daughters.


Cindi Monaco--Property Manager
 for: Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Beaumont, Banning, San Jacinto, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Loma Linda, Cherry Valley, and Yucaipa.

As one of our excellent property managers, Cindi is a vital part of our organization. Her responsibilities include facilitating communications with our owner clients, negotiating rental fees and initiating the property management process by completing paperwork, assessing properties and providing issue resolution so that our properties are ready to rent. She also works with our tenant clients to check backgrounds and references prior to property occupation.


As a property manager agent for Beeline RPM, Cindi is committed to working on a property until it is successfully rented and is glad to be on hand to assist clients for the duration of the lease. “Successfully renting an owner’s property and placing a family in a home has been very rewarding to me,” Cindi says. “I am also proud to be representing one of the most respected property management companies in the Inland Empire.” 


A licensed real estate agent for over a decade, Cindi has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Her professional affiliations include the 
National Association of Realtors® (NAR), California Association of Realtors® (CAR), the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® (SRCAR).  


Dianna Borghi--Assistant Property Manager
 for: Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Beaumont, Banning, San Jacinto, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Loma Linda, Cherry Valley, and Yucaipa


As assistant property manager, Dianna is a key component of our success at Beeline RPM. By building a trusting relationship with prospective owner clients, she helps to bring in new business and assist with matching owners and tenants. “I enjoy meeting families that need to find a home,” she says. While servicing new tenants, “I am able to share in the excitement when they see and fall in love with the home,” and enjoys “seeing their smiles when I hand them their very own set of keys.”

A member of our team since 2010, Dianna was an established office manager, personal consoler and bookkeeper, at both a law firm and insurance agency in Yucaipa. She has lived in Yucaipa for nearly 30 years, where she and her husband raised their three children and recently became grandparents to their first grandchild.



Susan Van Es--Property Manager
for Corona, Riverside, Mira Loma, Eastvale, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Chino, and Chino Hills. 

As property manager of our Inland Empire territory, Susan is responsible for acquiring and caring for a large block of Beeline RPM clientele. She excels at preparing properties in her territory for leasing; showing properties to prospective tenants, walking them through the approval process and managing the move-in inspection are among the many duties she performs with excellence. Her owner and tenant clients have been highly impressed with the services she provides, including facilitating rent payments and scheduling vendor services. “I am a people person and love customer service,” she says. “I am a self starter and a make it happen person. I get the job done.”

Susan is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the
National Association of Realtors® (NAR), California Association of Realtors® (CAR), the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® (SRCAR); she has completed countless real estate and property management training courses.  

Prior to joining our team, Susan co-owned a mortgage and real estate company with her husband for over 22 years. They have personally bought, sold and managed over 50 of their own properties; with that experience behind her, she is an invaluable asset to our team.


Carmen Bowyer--Maintenance Manager


Carmen brings notable experience to Beeline RPM as a management professional. Her role at our office includes receiving service requests for occupied homes, scheduling and coordinating vendors, managing service requests and overseeing vendor invoicing. As our maintenance manager, she is responsible for ensuring all properties are in proper condition for rental, and overseeing condition inspections prior to all new move-ins.

Since joining us in 2010, Carmen has utilized her talents to transform homes of all types, many in initially poor conditions, into model home quality residences. Our owners and tenants have been highly satisfied with the quality of the repairs our vendors deliver, and Carmen is responsible for that. She is a graduate of MesaCollege, where she earned an Associates Degree in Hotel Management. Carmen and her two sons live in Murrieta.


Angela Bolivar--Administrative Assistant


As administrative assistant at Beeline RPM, Angela tackles a number of responsibilities that are essential to our ongoing success. Her list of duties includes processing vendor invoices, archiving documents, filing property management documents, performing data entry, handling photo requests, managing our online marketing efforts, transporting mail and submitting lease contracts, among many other duties.


From assistant vice president of finance at an insurance agency to owning her own auto parts export business in her homeland of Colombia, Angela’s wide range of experiences have enriched Beeline’s operations greatly since 2010. She is a graduate of Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje in Bogota, Columbia, where she earned a degree in marketing. Angela, her husband Jerry and their dog Brownie live in the Rosetta Canyon community in Lake Elsinore.


Bill Amacker--Applications Manager


As our applications manager, Bill is responsible for marking our properties for rent with signage, coordinating home showings and processing applications. A member of our team since September 2008, he is a priceless asset to the operations at Beeline RPM. “I very much enjoy my job,” he says. “It is very rewarding helping people find a home, especially after so many have lost their home due to the economy."


Housing is a large part of Bill’s background, as he earned an A.S. degree in Drafting from Pearl River Junior College in Poplarville, Mississippi. He is the proud Father of four sons, including Christian Amacker, founder of Beeline RPM; Phillip, of Brandon, Mississippi; Robert, currently serving in the U.S. Army and stationed in Kentucky; and Evan, a senior at Lakeside High School in Lake Elsinore.



Marilu Lopez--Receptionist


With an extensive background in administrative assisting, Marilu is a strong asset to Beeline RPM. As our receptionist, she is the “voice” and “face” of our business by fielding incoming calls and attending to the needs of visitors to our office. Beyond that, her duties include handling HOA violations, assisting with maintenance orders and inputting renter insurance policies, in addition to lending help wherever it is needed. Since joining us in 2011, Marilu has enjoyed assisting our tenants and learning the finer details of the property management industry. Prior to our office, she lent her talents to some impressive organizations, including an Orange County law firm and an auto insurance agency in Mission Viejo. Marilu is a graduate of Irvine High School; she lives with her husband Juan and their two sons in Lake Elsinore.



Christian Amacker--Broker/Owner


As broker and owner of Beeline RPM, Christian is responsible for maintaining the growth trajectory of the firm, while still providing personal, quality customer service and maintaining a competitive edge over our business competition. “I like many of the ‘strategic’ aspects of being a business owner,” Christian says. “Beeline operates with a large volume of tenants, so disputes are bound to arise from time to time. I have a personal enjoyment and detailed understanding of business and contract law, and I enjoy using that knowledge to help resolve complaints or problems with any of our clients or tenants.”

An Army and Navy veteran who worked as a behavioral science specialist, medic, counselor for traumatized soldiers and Master Helmsman of the USS Mount Vernon, Christian was deployed overseas four times and served one tour in the Persian Gulf before receiving an honorable discharge from the military and embarking on a real estate career. As a sales agent with a large national brokerage firm in 2003, he quickly became a top-producing agent at the tail end of the housing boom. When the bubble began to deflate in 2007, he shifted his attention to developing a rental property management company; in 2009, he incorporated this business as Beeline Realty & Property Management.

Christian has earned the Professional Designation of GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) from the National Association of Realtors®. He is a licensed Realtor® and licensed real estate broker, and is affiliated with the following member organizations: the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), California Association of Realtors® (CAR), and Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® (SRCAR). Christian’s oldest son is currently attending college in Maryland; he, his wife Amity and their two youngest sons live in Lake Elsinore.
